The counter Pizay was born to prove that you cook every morning fresh, seasonal French in a restaurant, it's possible.
Conveniently located between Lyon, the Dombes and Bugey, the restaurant is 5 minutes from Montluel, Dagneux 13 minutes of Meximieux.
All our dishes, our sauces and desserts are prepared in our kitchen. The raw materials are chosen based on seasonality, quality and their provenance. Our fruits, vegetables and meat is exclusively of French origin.
We do not buy any finished product. We select predominantly local artisans for their quality products:
